The 15th Annual Kino Softball Instructional League, including a unique Around-the-Horn competition and a Home Run Derby, was held Saturday at Lincoln Park.
Tucson High with the quartet of Jiselle Nuñez, Sofia Trejo, Jaliyah Grigsbyand Jaelyn Cotawon the Around-the-Horn competition at 5.71 seconds.

The event included 16 local high school softball teams playing exhibitions against each other ahead of practice starting Monday and an umpire clinic.
