Monday May 20: Arthur Pack Regional Park9101 N Thornydale. Parking in the front and in the rear at Crooked Tree Golf Course
MONDAY, MAY 20 EVENT TIMELINE
5-5:30 p.m. Check-in Players report to Arthur Pack, Check in Near Snack Bar.
5:30-5:45 p.m. Team picture will be taken by AllSportsTucson, Field 2.
5:45 p.m. Teams mobilize to Field 2 for pregame player introductions and ceremonies.
6 p.m. Player Introductions/pregame ceremonies begin. Introduction of All Seniors, and our volunteer coaches.
6:30 p.m. Player warmups. Players will be given a team and a field at check-in.
6:50 p.m. Game Time
There is no charge for the players or parents for the game. Players will be given a t-shirt for the game. Thornydale Little League will have their snack bar open starting at 5 p.m., so bring your appetite and support them for allowing us to use their fields.
In Lieu of a gate fee, we are asking that attendees bring a pair of new or gently used youth size (12-6) sneakers for the Kicks4Kids campaign.
Parents, there will be a special t-shirt available for purchase with all of our sponsors names and All of the girls names that participate on the back. Please come and support your 2024 seniors on the field together for one last time. This is not an AIA sponsored event, so please no school Jerseys.
