For Ken’s theme this month, ADAPTION , I have gone back to a select group of articles I have contributed that I believe illustrate how we have continually adapted over the years. Adaption is driven by changing business challenges and evolving requirements, threats, opportunities, technology, and innovation.

W e are now operating our buildings in an era where adaption, flexibility, managing risks and greater transparency are necessities within our business environment.

Adaption is no longer a nice-to-have. The journey to embrace adaption has moved to a mandatory strategy. We must continually adapt because changes are happening all around us. Adaptation is no longer a choice, but essential.
