Should there be a Close and also a Print button in the Print Preview display?

I want to completely redo the Print Preview display. It is what is supplied with RichView and it is somewhat non-standard and is missing a lot of things people are used to.
I do want to get version 1 out with as high a priority as possible, so I'm leaving this for version 1.1.
