Original 1946 two-record 12" 78 RPM set ofGordon Jenkins' album "Manhattan Tower"
Wikipedia says: "It was considered quite innovative for its time and was quite warmly received by critics and the public alike. Jenkins also performed the suite in its entirety on the very time-conscious Toast of the Town, hosted by Ed Sullivan." There were several reissue sets over the years, but this is the original. The recording is a combination of narration, music and sound effects taking place in New York City, just after WW II. Condition of album cover and records is "Excellent".
