Hi,
I am having a similar problem with my cat. She has the same type of lesions on her belly. The vet gave her antibiotics and I have been spraying her with a natural anti microbic. I have an appointment with a veterinary dermatologist set for next week but it just occurred to me that I changed to a "natural" litter a few months ago. I am wondering if this perfect litter is not so perfect after all. Just changed back to my old litter and will wait and see if this could be the problem. Have you made any changes lately to your cat's environment or food? Hmm!
