My interactions has been primarily with the intake/ Admissions Director Sherri. And those interactions have been very positive. She conducts her role with efficiency , grace and kindness. My mother’s stay(Josie) at The Laurels of Massillon was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the nurses were terrific and the aides were kind and compassionate. The therapist were great. They got her to where she needed to be to come home. I would highly recommend this facility for skilled care. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of her. Linda Greavu, daughter.

Working as the Admissions Director has been an incredibly rewarding experience from day one. The warmth and hospitality I've received from both my co-workers and the residents have been nothing short of amazing. It's truly heartwarming to be welcomed with such open arms, making me feel like a part of the family right from the start. The teamwork here is exceptional; everyone is always ready to lend a hand and collaborate to ensure the best care and service for our residents. Overall my experience was quite good. Since I was on a schedule Of an infusion every 8 hours the hours that I was treated varied quite a bit, more than I would think necessary even with scheduling Difficulties. The delivery of meds twice per day varied widely. More regularity in delivery of the meds would be helpful. For the most part however the quality of care from aides,LPNs, RNs and other,s was comendable. The only significant complaint I would register would be that most of the food although OK, was delivered at most luke warm and at worst cold.Arrival and timely delivery to the room seemed to be the issue.

I own In Ya Faith Ministries and In Yo Ears Ent Angela Taylor has been so good to us and all the staff when we come to do a event we been booked there the last few months once a month so has always keep in close contact with me knowing we travel up to 5 hours for events to events serving n c and s c and t n we do Big E Elvis Tribute Artist Concerts for them and they loved it !!!!
