Notes:
This talk will address the concept of competency-based education (CBE) including the key components needed for operationalizing CBE. One component is the clear articulation of outcomes/competencies. Entrustable professional activities (EPAs) is one approach for articulating and assessing CBE outcomes that offer important fundamental shifts in how we think about both competencies and assessment.
