This routine works best not overdone, but performed every 3 to 4 days.

For dinner take any of the following:
Cottage Cheese with Sardines or 8oz of Plain Yogurt mixed in with Flax Seeds and 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon, sweetened with Honey and drink with spring water.
