The mission of Boulder's Flatirons CrossFit is to improve athletes across all fitness and performance modalities through the guidance of trusted coaches, implementation of individualized programming, and stimulation from our fun, motivational community.

About Us

At Flatirons CrossFit everyone is an athlete. And, every athlete is treated as elite no matter the unique and individual performance goal. Whether you dream to compete on a national or international stage, participate in your first triathlon, or become a healthier version of yourself, your progress toward that goal is our foremost priority. Our coaches have decades of combined experience, so are well able to address and improve weak links-----from mobility and nutrition to spatial awareness, speed, and sport- or general fitness-related strength and conditioning. One-on-one, team, and group training options ensure that you receive the exact level of attention you need to achieve success.
