...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of North and North Central Idaho, including the
  following counties, in North Idaho, Shoshone. In North Central
  Idaho, Lewis.

* WHEN...From this afternoon through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. There
  will be an increased risk for rock slides in steep terrain. The
  greatest risk of flooding will generally occur south and east of
  the Silver Valley.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An atmospheric river will move into the area this afternoon
    and continue through Monday bringing moderate to heavy
    rainfall to portions of the Inland Northwest. 1.5 to 2.0
    inches of rain is expected over southeast Shoshone County
    with amounts around an inch over the Camas Prairie.

IMPACTS...Flash flooding in low-lying and vulnerable
areas, and landslides/mudslides/rockslides are also possible.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An active trough will bring widespread
showers and heavy rain across the territory tonight through
Saturday night.

A flood watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash

Tuesday. Heavy rain is expected Sunday morning into Monday with
additional rainfall through Tuesday. Snow levels will be high. This
combination could push rivers in the watch area close to flood stage
beginning on Monday. Heavy rain may also lead to flooding in urban
areas.

  including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Mason
  and Skagit. In west central Washington, King, Pierce and Snohomish.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas.
