KLAUNCARIUM
By:

First off, a big Groovy, Kinda THANK YOU to melaredblu (creator of Princess Chroma) and Hippo (creator of The M9 Girls) for their invaluable help in writing this strip. I was stumped, at a loss, dead in the water, and generally up a certain creek without a certain piece of wood, when they came to my rescue with some wonderful suggestions and ideas. So, once again my friends, thanks for making this happen.
And what a happening! No wonder Chuckleslovakia is so important to America! And no wonder the Brungarians are so bent on taking it back! And no wonder the State Department wants…wait, what do they want with Eleanor?
Are you wondering what’s going on? Well, so is Eleanor. And she’s not going to find out everything next time, but she’s going to get surprised. And not a little upset. That’s all I’m gonna say about that for now. You’ll just have to check in next time!

Also, Klauncarium is useful in very specific electrical applications. Mostly for three-ring circuits.
Thank you, thank you, we’ll be here all week.

Over a year later, I suddenly understand how the classic “clown car” works. And I can’t believe I’m the FIRST ONE!

OK, so it’s a blimp that can sink. Well, and survive the experience, I suppose. 😛

Nope, not at all.
Thing is, how much does Eleanor really know about how the discombobulationotron works? Where exactly did it come from? And how much has Larry contributed to the whole thing?

Hey hey hey, let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves. Eleanor’s gonna figure it out very soon.
And, yes, you’re right.

That would be a great idea!
I wonder if I could pitch a story idea to the Doctor Who folks about klauncarium…

Eleanor and Doctor Who-what an amazing combo! I’m rather partial to the Peter Capaldi version, though I must admit I haven’t seen very many episodes.
And you are exactly right, Tru. While they could contain a lot of ordinance in the plane, they could only deliver what would fit through the doors. So that submarine (I need to work on the art) couldn’t be too terribly big. And the flying saucer, well..maybe they could assemble it on the way down.

I love the idea. And Chris’s follow-up idea blew my mind. Oh, my – Eleanor and David Tennant. *drool*

But of course my mind started to quibble with your “strike force” image. I actually have no problem with “the inside is bigger than the outside” – I used to play D&D and the Bag of Holding is a damn useful thing. The problem lies in the interface. What goes in the bag CANNOT be bigger (individually) than the opening. So…. hundreds (thousands) of soldiers jumping out is quite doable, but not the blimp. (Unless it’s a very teeny, tiny blimp…)

I wondered how the Tardis could be made, now I know. Eleanor and the Dr. Now that would be an event.

Interesting. Now if we only knew someone who has an “in” with the Chuclelovakian royal court…. hey, wait!
