BMW F650GS Dakar

I absolutely love my dakar as being a dual sport, it can handle my constant riding to Gulu and back every week from Kampala (Uganda) as well as being incredible to handle in heavy off road conditions.
The design is perfect for me--high seat (higher than most GSs) but the fuel tank is below the seat, so the center of gravity is amazingly low and the handling in heavy mud, sand and through small rivers is infinitely better than most other bikes I know.
BMW are made so well I have almost zero maintenance issues, which is also perfect since I'm usually hundreds of miles from any knowledgeable service options. =)
