Helmet Liner

by Brenda BMW F650(Colorado Springs, CO)

I just purchased my first motorcycle last year, and as I was shopping for helmets I called a friend of mine that rides with her husband and she suggested to me that I needed to buy a helmet liner to wear under my helmet. I bought one at the motorcycle store where I was buying my jacket. It is a Coolmax liner, black and very thin. I slip it on my head just before putting my helmet on and I have not yet had helmet hair. It works very well and it is cool.

Satin Cap
by: Linda

Are you talking about the satin caps that are usually put on over curlers????

If not, where can I find one?

Thank you,

Linda

Good Tip
by: Lynn - Florida

I have been using a satin curlercover that a friend gave to me. It is slick and keeps my head from itching and hair from scrunching up. I will look into the helmet liner you mentioned. Thanks for the info. Also - really nice bike!
