There is a product by SAMY Salon on HSN. It is gr8! They have travel sizes, and comes in sprays, creams and mousses. Can easily fit in saddlebag, windshield bag or pocket. Take off the helmet and jooouge it up! I have long, thick hair so I do not really worry about it, but this is gr8 for those who need it. Do not buy from retail stores. I use other products from them and for some reason they are not the same quality when I get them from someplace like Walgreens or something. But if U wanna take a chance...go 4 it!

I appreciate the advice and tips myself. I don't just ride for fun. I use my bike for everything including business. Its not ok to show up looking rather freakish.
I just cut my LONG hair to short hair (nothing to do with the bike) I love my new short hair but today was the first time with the new helmet hair. I think it is way worse with short hair! I think the styling products made it worse.
What I think will make a difference is to wear a liner/skull cap, no products and a spray bottle or water or styling gel etc. for after the helmet comes off. All this has been mentioned so my idea is not new it would seem. Hope it works as planned!
Happy riding!

Many of us use a motorcycle as a mode of transportation every day, so we WILL see people more than once and DO want to look presentable. So the advice is much appreciated!

ENOUGH about the helmet hair!
It's just the nature of the beast.
And my thought on the subject: 99.9% of the time I'm never going to see these people again so I don't care what they think.
Your friends and others who ride don't give a second thought to your hair and don't care.

Sorry but I appreciate the advice! Not everyone looks great in a doo-rag - in fact most look not so good and just accept it as necessary for the love of riding. I happen to be one who believes you can ride and look decent at the end of the day, too...
just my two cents.
