Easter is around the corner and this is one of our favorite things to make for the adults in our family. They are super cute and super fast to make!

A Pina Colada cocktail inspires mini Bunny Tail Cocktails with a couple of twists. We added Half and Half to make it creamier and Vanilla Vodka to make it sweeter. Also adding the frosting and coconut around the rim of the shot glass will add to the yummy flavor. We added colorful mini marshmallows to add a pop of color for the Easter Holiday!

The ingredients to make Mini Bunny Tail Cocktails. Coconut Rum, Pineapple Juice, Cream of Coconut, Vanilla Vodka, Vanilla Frosting, Marshmallows, and Shredded Sweetened Coconut

How to make the Mini Bunny Tail Cocktails:

  1. Apply a thin layer of Vanilla Frosting to the rim of the 4 shot glasses.

2. Roll each rim into the shredded coconut and chill for 30 minutes

Vanilla Vodka is poured into a metal shaker.

3. Add ice, Vanilla Vodka, Pineapple Rum, Cream of Coconut, Half & Half, and Pineapple Juice in a shaker. Shake it up!

4. Pour it into the 4 shot glasses and top with a mini marshmallow.

  • 5 6 ice cubes
  • 3 oz vanilla vodka
  • 3 oz coconut rum
  • 4 oz half and half
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • Splash pineapple juice
  • Vanilla frosting (for garnish)
  • Shredded sweetened coconut (for garnish)
  • Mini marshmallows (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Apply a thin layer of frosting to the rims of 4 shot glasses.
  2. Roll each rim in shredded coconut and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the ice, vanilla vodka, coconut rum, half and half, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Shake, shake, shake!
  4. Pour into shot glasses and garnish with a mini marshmallow on the rim.
  5. ENJOY!!
