Fitness Work Out Classes

Each week, we offer the challenge of twenty, sixty-minute classes. How many you accomplish each week is up to you. Our exercises are done to a time limit; this allows each person to achieve there personal best each and every time. The Sergeant (Instructor)leads each exercise and rotates through the group to provide one-on-one attention and personal instruction.

Boot Camp Classes

Boot camp class curricula is a collection of almost twenty years of experience.  The curricula is made up of military experience, martial arts movements, sports drills including: foot ball, basket ball, volley ball, rugby, track and field, etc. and boxing.

The location for Boot camp class rotates each week through four parks located around downtown Indianapolis; each location offers a different terrain and therefore a unique class  This allows for the most divers curricula of any Boot Camp class anywhere!


Boot Camp Advanced Classes

Bicycling is another added event for Downtown Boot Camp Classes.

Advanced Classes are open to everyone!

The Advanced Classes happen  every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 PM.  Boot Camp Advanced classes have additional exercises and half the rest time... just more intense!  All classes are 60 min. in duration  and are closely monitored by Todd Beattie  for safety and enjoyment. No mater what is scheduled it's sure to be fun and burn lots of calories!

Stretching is an important part of being in shape. Use proper stretching techniques.Enjoy fresh air while working out with us.

Downtown Boot Camp Offers the Only Kettle Bell Class in Downtown Indianapolis

The Kettle Bell or "Girya" is a cast iron weight, resembling a cannonball, used in performing ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility… in short…

IT’S A HELL OF A WORKOUT

Kettle Bell class is fantastic training that is outside the parameters of normal weight training.  We have hundreds of exercises to keep your workout fresh and interesting.  Say goodbye to the boring weight training routines and hello to Kettle Bell Class!

Kettle Bell classes may be purchased in 5 or 10 sets at a time for $10.00 a class


Boxing Classes

Boxing classes are fantastic for weight loss, muscle tone, strength training and getting the aggravation form a long day at work.  Class is structured form a real boxing workout program and you are going to sweat!  Circuit training, speed drills, strength training and of course boxing drills.   Boxing classes are held at the Downtown Boot Camp Headquarters  except for Mondays and Wednesdays. 

Our boxing classes are designed for anyone. Several levels of boxing techniques are used to get the most out of it.

Every Monday and Wednesday Boxing class is held outside at the same location as the Boot Camp class.


One-on-One/Private session

First session is free! No obligation!

We give you focused, personalized attention as we complete the work out alongside you.  Personal sessions are designed to fit each  clients abilities, weather beginner or advanced.  In addition, curricula is tailored to each clients individual likes and dislikes to ensure a positive and energized experience.  Our boxing workouts are an awesome way to drop weight and increase tone muscle while having a great time.

One-on-One sessions can be purchased five, ten or twenty sessions at a time.  We have flexible weekday scheduling (M-F, 6:00 am - 8:30 pm), and your training set can be used at your convenience.  One-on-One sessions cannot conflict with standard classes (mission) times. Elsewhere, personal trainers can charge up to $120 per hour- this would be $1200 for ten hours.  Downtown Boot Camp rates are extremely competitive!

Women's Self Defense Seminars

Ever had your been paralyzed with fear, not knowing what to do?

Have you ever felt uncomfortable around someone and not understood why?

In our Self Defense seminar you will learn:

  • To identify potentially dangerous people and how to effectively deal with or avoid them
  • Be aware of your surroundings and identify "danger zones"
  • How to escape the attack and/or grasp of an attacker
  • What the most effective strike points to an attacker are and how to use them
