Autumn Mist is a nice pure white female who has been an excellent mother
to all of her crias. She's one who will alert the herd if there is
danger nearby and she absolutely loves to lay out in the sand to sun
bathe!
Autumn Mist was born to Spring Hope with no fanfare or
assistance. She has developed into a beautiful young female, with nice
conformation, dense fiber with a soft hand, and a gentle, calm
personality.
Misty looks exactly like her sire - very nice since she was his first cria! We are thrilled that Legacy Gold's Lucky 13
has passed his "Legacy" on to this beautiful female. Lucky's sire,
Snowmass Legacy Gold, has won major awards at every level and at every
stage of his development, including back-to-back Breed and Color
Championships at the 1999 & 2000 Futurities in Oklahoma City, and
numerous get-of-sire firsts. In February 2006 Legacy Gold was the
highest priced male at The Making of Champions Private Selection Sale
($500,000).
With her sire's notable heritage, and her dam's
strong maternal capabilities, we had high expectations for Misty's crias
- AND SHE HAS LIVED UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS. At 351 days she delivered
her first cria with no assistance. This beautiful 17.5 pound fawn
female, Billie Jean
,
looks just like her maternal grand-dam. Misty is a wonderful mother,
with lots of milk and strong maternal instincts. She carefully watches
her cria, and encourages them to nurse and stay close. Misty would be a
great addition to your breeding herd.

Estrada is a well-balanced male from two top parents. His Sire, Evander does it again with this amazingly dense, fine fleece male with a great handle and luster, extensive coverage and a great body. With his 2012 shearing, Estrada had over 12.6 pounds of fleece sheared off. Amazing!!
Alpaca judge, Wade Gease has said about Estrada, "He is the "complete package". Very nice fleece style and crimp formation throughout. He has kept his fineness/softness." Also, Judge David Barboza has said about Estrada: "His architecture and density is incredible! Spot on!" And Alpaca Fleece Judge, Cheryl Gehly has written: "Wow! Fine with great character! Quite uniform for micron." "Beautiful Fleece: fine, bright, well organized!". Awarding him first place in the competition, and again, after the fleeces third showing at the 2009 Empire Symposium and Fleece Event, she commented again; "Beautiful Fleece: fine, bright, well organized!". Most recent fleece circuit, Estrada's fleece (its fourth showing) took yet another blue at PAOBA show, May, 2009.
To date, Estrada has eight multiple Champ/Reserve Championships , and 27 first-place, blue-ribbon awards. See the details of his show record below, most in very competitive classes!
In 2009, Estrada's Fleece won the reserve Championship
, and took first place
in his class over another amazing alpaca who won the 2008 Futurity Championship that had 54 entries in the class!
Both dam and sire have produced Championship winners so his future is extremely promising indeed.
