I applied for the seed program back in September however whenever i logged in to check the status it said 'Application Submitted'. Today I checked again and for the 1st time they were asking for Proof of Tax Revenue and for Proof of Location/bank statement. I sent my tax returns and a bank statement. Does that mean that I am closer to receiving the funds?

I applied back in Sep 2022. below is what it says in my portal
''Application Status: Your application meets the Program's minimum eligibility requirements and will move to the next validation stage''
