Each apartment is carefully selected in terms of location and quality to ensure maximum comfort and convenience to both business travelers and tourists alike. The apartments give you the feeling of being at home and are fully furnished to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Better facilities Our serviced apartments offer all the furnishing and equipment you would expect from a ‘home away from home’. A serviced apartment features a living room, bedroom(s), a bathroom and a kitchen. Bathrooms consist of a bathtub/shower cabin, toilet and sink. The kitchen is equipped with cupboards, a refrigerator, oven, sink, microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster, as well as dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. The apartment is well cared for by our in-house maintenance department and is fitted with a telephone line, plus the following appliances: satellite television, a VCR or DVD player, a stereo system, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner. Some apartments are equipped with dishwashers and air-conditioners. On request, we also provide additional heaters in the winter and fans in the summer. All The following services are included in the price of your serviced apartment: 24-hour property maintenance; Free in-town telephone calls; Maid service three times a week; Weekly bed linen and towel changes; Bottled water; And an information folder with useful information on the apartment and the city. Laundry and ironing services are available for an extra fee. A fully equipped kitchen Unlike hotel suites, all serviced apartments feature fully fitted kitchens with cupboards, a refrigerator, oven, sink, microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster, as well as dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. This gives you the luxury of making home-cooked meals. More living space than in a hotel suite. A hotel rarely offers the luxury of space offered by an apartment. Rates per apartment – not per person This allows you the flexibility of hosting additional guests for the same price.
