The solution is very simple and not needs particular technical knowledge.

Access to Settingsand then to the Date & timesection.

If present, deselect the flag Automatic time zone.

Deselect flag on Automatic date & time.

Click Set Dateand choose a date in the past (one month or one year).

Now go to the Homepage.

Go back at the Date & timesection and select Automatic date & timeand Automatic time zone.

This should fix the error "[RPC: S-7: AEC-0]".
