    before i start, i apologize if anyone had started this thread before.

    recently, i am very interested in telekinesis. I looked up on websites, forums, videos etc. but i could not really find a good way to start. many says, you ned to focus and meditate, but i do not know how to meditate!
    can anyone give me suggestion on how to start practicing telekinesis.
