Not sure where to start
Hey, I'm quite new to this stuff, known about it for a while but never actually taken the second step as to attempting it.
I'm stuck where to start, anyone got any tips for me?
I did try to move a pencil once but i think my mind was playing tricks on me.
Pencil is an ambitious place to start but not impossible. Remember you are reaching out with your consciousness as you did with your hands as a baby to learn to grasp available energy.
Starting with simple basics will help you build to more complex. Spontaneous pk is always possible however it is often uncontrolled and can lead to fear based thinking better to learn the simple skills and move on as your understanding of yourself grows
Flame pulsing is a remarding way to learn to use your biofield.
