It explains different stages of meditation and lights a path towards enlightenment through meditation.

A stable-minded person will neither hug nor hate the world, he will take things as they come.
I also like how he describes his everyday life in the form of a FAQ:

Though, while reading his previous life experiences, the following question emerged again:
How can one tell the difference between the previous life of their own and the lives of others? In my opinion, one's soul is not continous from one lifetime to another, as it splits, it merges and seems more like a soup to me. Also, I think one can experience the lives of others in the present time as well (he also mentioned that).

Thank you, Rich generously provided some of the pieces of the puzzle that has puzzled me for I don't know how long.
=D I usually felt embarrassed for using "I" for so many times in my blog. But at the same time, I don't have a clue how to write it otherwise and it takes an awful lot of time to optimize it for a minimal amount of "I"-s and "me"-s (so I no longer bother).
This blog has become quite intertwined with my ego and about 95% of my thoughts are on how to write one thing or another so that it would be more accurate and more correct in English.
School is another great way to drown in infinite amount of tasks and problems. After that, there's work and I could use that suit again. It seriously needs some washing so that it would look better.. =D
