Nearly two years ago when I started to get involved with EK (Electrokinesis), I was firmly involved with energy work having to do with EK. So I decided that as a part of my practice, I would practice making psi balls, but not regular psi balls, electric energy psi balls. Would cup my hands as you normally do and the usual of making psi balls, and with in 4-5 minutes I'd feel a hard ball of electricity and electric energy in my hands and I knew what it was it was no imaginary ball or a feeling in between my hands but I felt the electrostatic feeling rushing through my palms and hands! I did this over a number of times on different occasions so I know what happened to me was a real experience and to my excitement, I even did it in the car on a few occasions.
Maybe I'll post a guide on making electric energy balls in the near future!
Cool, have you tried forming the electro ball in a CFL (compact fluorescent lamp)? Might produce some interesting lighting effects by moving the ball around. ;)
A couple of years ago I tried to light such a lamp remotely while laying in bed. Wasn't too successful, though. Sometimes the construct seemed to have become dense enough, but I guess it was lacking in the feeling of static electricity.
A guide would definitely be nice.

Never actually tried lighting anything up like a lamp or any light source with a static ball. I have, however, manipulated lights and other electric sources with EK.
Absolutely , a tutorial is on its way soon!
Even though it's stretching further from electrostatics, it would be fun to supply electrical appliances like sergiovandegraaf :
Or, to turn on the lights without physically flipping the switch.

omg the video! the guy is so awesome, really. i think every sceptip in the world should watch that, perfect example of good PK practice! also what do you guys think of this one?
Ah forget my signature, I have nothing smart to say...in a few months I will change my opinion probably :~p
