One of the uncles had read that book. Haven't read it myself yet, but here's my impression of uncle's impression of Muldashev's impression or something of that sort:
Through acquaintances and initiation, he was allowed to enter a cave somewhere in the Himalayas. Inside, he saw our predecessors, Atlanteans and Lemurians. We might've gradually evolved from an astral form into a dense material form. The Lemurians were a lot larger and didn't have a dense physical body like what most of us sit in nowadays.
There seems to be something interesting here as well:

Yes that place is called 'agartha'. i am pretty much a master of telepathy and i have spoken to their leader. not really a conversion but rather i said to him i will visit you and he replied i am waiting. anyways something like that. he is the blond, young person that people, who traveled there, reffered to as the leader. you can find lots of different journals on the internet. there is a few where people entered by planes through the poles others where the sailed there. anyways im not really sure about the accuracy of those journouls but i do believe in agartha.
i guess i could ask them something like how is it there but i am not sure i have a feeling that he wouldnt tell me, telephatically at least. anyways one of my life goals is to go there some day in this life!
Ah forget my signature, I have nothing smart to say...in a few months I will change my opinion probably :~p
Would be interesting.
At the cave entrance, some sort of psychological walls of fear had been set up to keep unexpected visitors away. Cool constructs..
