Psychokinesis
Um. My biggest question is if i'm using psi properly, or if it is psi.What i generally do to use psi, i first calm my mind, focus my aura and raise it, them use my own aura and transform it into a more usable energy, becaue i have noticed that dependng on what kind of energy i transform it into, it causes different effects. I'mnot sure if this is the real way or if i'm just some kind of miracle. Although, it does help when you can see and sence aura's clearly. The weirdest thing is, most people talk about the minds eye and what it looks like, but i never did anything like that. I honestly don't really even know what it is...can someone tell me if i'm doing it right or whatI am really doing please?
Sure, if it works and feels right, then you're probably doing it correctly. ;)
I've usually just stared at an object until I acquire the feeling of it. By focusing on the feeling and amplifying it, sometimes weird stuff happens.
