I am really interested in moving things using mind. I am worried whether it is really possible or not. I found telekinesis training tips all over the web. Do you all too practice in the same way? Please suggest. Thank you.
It's all fun and games until you lose an eye; then it's all fun and games in the dark.
That's how I started out, too (digging through PsiPog archives, wondering if it was really possible). :)
Don't worry about "is it really possible or not?"
Think of the possibilities. Is there anything specific that you can't do without telekinesis?
If so, keep it for inspiration while practising.
Or perhaps you're into expanding your perspective of the world, taking up challenges that you've previously considered insurmountable? This provides an infinite supply of inspiration.
I think each of us practises a bit differently. You can try out any methods and/or adapt them to what works the best for you. There are plenty of tutorials for telekinesis out there. In addition, you could try methods from fiction (Dragon Ball, Avatar, The Matrix, Naruto, etc.) .. these often work too.

I agree Arramu , I think working out is important for developing phychokenesis , one thing Qiqong masters do before they pick students to train is to see if they are physically and mentally healthy enough to go through the entire training process.
