Hi iJodix! How long were you practicing it before it started having those kinds of results? What was the best experience you've had practicing it? I am curious at what made you stop if it's not being too nosy. :P

it didn't really take a while to get a hang of it because prior that i trained alot of pk/concetration.
Probably the best experience was when i found myself having sleep paralysis/was outside of my body and there was an entity in my room who asked me if i was okay.
I stopped due to harsh life i guess .. still trying to find my way out of depression.
Thanks for the reply. I haven't actually tried doing the skeleton meditation because I'm not ready to intensify anything yet. It's bad enough just dealing with the bits that rise to the surface as it is. I'm really sorry to hear that you're struggling with depression too. I have seen my ability to deal with it grow with my meditation and concentration but it still creeps up and body slams me. I hope you're able to find balance.
