Spring Wine Fling Returns March 19th

Uncork Spring with 2 glasses of wine paired with a 2-course dinner menu at restaurants across the region.

WHAT: Spring Wine Fling, presented by the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW), returns to the region on the Spring Equinox to give diners another opportunity to celebrate the change of seasons at area restaurants.

Spring Wine Fling is a platform for local eateries to highlight the richness and diversity of their wine programs and elevate the dining experience with creative pairings. Participating locations will showcase their wine programs through expertly curated wines paired with 2-course prefix $55 menu offers during dinner service. 

Currently, participating locations across the Metropolitan area include women-owned and led locations Bistro Cacao in Capitol Hill, irregardless on H St., Equinox on 19th in Golden Triangle, Tabla in Parkview, and New Heights in Woodley Park in the District; and Beauty, Champagne, & Sugar in Arlington, Virginia in the National Landing neighborhood.

Recently openly participating eateries include Ceibo in AdMo, Little Blackbird, from Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, in Woodley Park in DC, Santé in National Landing, and several Maker’s Union locations in DC and Virginia. Participating eateries in Maryland include the popular J. Hollinger’s Waterman’s Chophouse in Silver Spring and several matchbox locations in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
