The Baseball Industry Network, founded by my friend and colleague Tyrone Brooks, who serves as Director of Baseball Operations for the Pittsburgh Pirates, will be meeting for the first time on August 26 in Boston.

From Tyrone:

The Baseball Industry Network invites you to join us in Boston for the Baseball Industry Network Boston Meetup. To celebrate our one year anniversary, we are having our first Baseball Industry Network Meetup in Boston on Thursday, August 26th at the offices of Genuine Interactive (500 Harrison Avenue 4F, Boston, MA 02118) from 6 -8 pm. It should be a great night of networking/relationship building and all for a worthy cause. Your $10 donation to attend will help support the Pine Street Inn, the largest resource for homeless men and women in New England.

You must RSVP for the Baseball Industry Network Boston Meetup by going to http://baseballindustrynetwork082610.eventbrite.com/ . We have a great group of talented speakers scheduled to attend and your suggestions for discussion topics are very much welcome. I hope you will make it out for a great night of networking with other Boston area professionals. If you have suggestions for our next meetup location, please feel free to let me know.

I would like to graciously thank Genuine Interactive for sponsoring and hosting the event. For more information about the Pine Street Inn, check out their web site . I look forward to meeting you.
