A tranquil, soothing blend recommended to help maintain healthy lungs. This blend has been beneficial for aiding effective respiration.

Regular inhalation will help keep the system healthy and bring relief to congested, inflamed and irritated tissues .

To use: Add 4-5 drops to a tissue and inhale or add to a vapouriser/ diffuser or add to a base oil/ lotion or cream and massage into appropriate area.

Ingredients: Ocimun basilicum, Eucalyptus globulus, Hyssopus officinalis, Lavender angustofolia, Mentha piperita.
