MerleFest Day 3: Beautiful and Busy

Saturday Highlights Include Amazing Performances From The Sam Bush Band, Lori McKenna, Maren Morris, And More

Saturday is typically the busiest day at any music festival and it definitely was the case at MerleFest as throngs of people descended onto the campus of Wiles Community College for an action-packed day of music. The gorgeous weather certainly didn’t hurt either and as the temperature rose so did the music. The schedule was loaded with top-notch artists and it was our mission to see and hear as many of them as possible.

Looking out into the crowd from the front of the Watson Stage, it was a sea of people happily soaking up the soulful vibes. The place truly was packed as was the crowd at all of the individual stages. It was a mixed bunch with young girls dressed in their Western finest anticipating the performance of Maren Morris to senior citizens, babies, and everything in between. Everyone is welcome at MerleFest and even though this was my first time, it was already feeling like home.

Here’s a Sneak Peek of Day 3!
