Loreen Cinganelli

Loreen has extensive expertise in the local market and comes back to her Somerville roots where she grew up as a youth in Teele Sq. With a Bachelor’s degree in business and marketing, real estate was a natural choice where Loreen could apply her passion for the business. 
With over 20 years of experience working on Dan Fabbri’s Number One Sales Team from Century 21 Advance, Loreen’s experience is all encompassing to say the least. The Fabbri Team was a perennial power house in Medford for well over a decade, literally selling hundreds of homes. Loreen is a Certified Buyer Representative with experience working with all types of properties including foreclosures and even assisting sellers with short sales. ‘I love being in real estate…many of my clients are repeat and I like managing the details’ ‘I don’t drop the ball once my client has a home under agreement. I pride myself on hand-holding clients and customers through the transaction to personally make sure everything closes in a timely manner. I purchased my home when rates were 12 or 13%. I refinanced several times after that and eventually ended up with a rate of 2.75%. Everything that goes up in this market must come down. If a buyer is considering if this is the right time to purchase, the answer is…absolutely yes.’
