13 Behaviours Open Minded People Have That You Might Not Have

Sharing is caring!

I have a good friend who seems to be totally different from other people.    She is the most creative free spirited soul you I have ever known. She breezes about her day like it's nobody's business, and in her mind, it's not. She wears what she wants, says what she wants, and does what she wants. Her life looks like something out of a fairy tale. Dreamy, fun, carefree. That's my friend Camilla.

So how does she pull this off? What does she  have or do that we  don't?

The secret really is in her attitude. She thinks different and processes day to day functions and activities very differently than the rest of the world. She wasn't born like this. Open minded people have grown to be this way. What are some of things she does differently? Well"¦"¦.

She lets her creative juices flow all the time.

She doesn't block her creativity or her free thinking and she's not afraid to show any of it. She embraces her free spiritedness and her uniqueness and she's never embarrassed by it.

She's not afraid to speak her mind.

And I don't mean in a brash or mean way. She's just not afraid to tell it like it is and to question something she doesn't understand. For her, it's all about growing and learning. Everything anything and nothing.

She doesn't consider failure a bad thing.

She's failed. Probably more times than she can count but she doesn't care. To her, failure is another story to tell, another experience to grow from. It's never a bad thing.

She understands risk taking and does it all the time anyway.

She gets the pros and cons but that doesn't stop her from taking risks. She views them as tools, not risks. She learns and grows more this way.

She loves and gives freely.

To her, people are people no matter what and she treats everyone the same. With love and respect. We are all here on earth to experience love and joy. Period.

She is constantly learning and trying new things.

She doesn't like to sit idle with knowledge she already has. She wants to learn more and more about all kinds of things. She is a sponge when it comes to personal development.

She loves herself and is very proud of who she is and who she has become.

Camilla has come a long way baby and she's not afraid to shout out to the masses how far she's come and how proud she is of herself. Not in an egotistical way, more like an "if I can do it so can you, please join me" kinda way.

She probably won't keep the same hours as you.

She's not your 9-5 kinda girl. She works on her time, sleeps on her time and plays on her time. Chances are she won't have a typical job. She likes to be unique in every way, even work wise.

You'll find her daydreaming a lot but she likes to take her dreams into reality.

She is of the mindset, if you can dream it you can do it and she will try her with all her might to prove that theory right.

She goes against the grain often, like all the time.

She follows her own rules, sings her own songs and dances to the beat of her own drum. She'll wear whatever she wants and put flowers in her hair whenever her heart desires.

She's probably a minimalist.

Chances are she's not bogged down with stuff and could care less about the neighbour's new car or big TV. In her opinion, less is more. She's a free spirit. She doesn't need stuff.

She's not afraid to ask questions.

And she usually won't take no for an answer either. She wants to know how, when, where, why and what. And if she needs something, she isn't afraid to ask for help. If someone says no, she'll ask the next person. NO never stops her.

She has a childlike quality to her.

She laughs loud, giggles freely, skips and jumps joyfully and embraces life with no fear. You can see and feel her aura. It's beautiful.

This is how Camilla does it. You could try to be like her but we rather you just be yourself. The world loves you just the way you are.
