Osho was a mystic, a guru and a spiritual teacher. He was known by many names including Acharya Rajneesh, Bhagwan Sri Rajneesh and also as the "sex guru". In 1970 after discovering dynamic enlightenment, he fled from his own country, India, due to conflicts with authorities over his teachings and started a movement in Oregon. He and his followers created a commune there but he was eventually deported back to his own country. He was involved in many crimes including, arson, immigration fraud and even murder. He was quite the controversial spiritual teacher. He died in 1990.
