Ever heard of the term Consciousness raising? You probably have, but what does it mean when someone says Raise Your Consciousness? – I believe it means to stop living on autopilot and start to truly examine your life; your thoughts, your beliefs, your actions, your values, principles and the way you live your life.

When you start to examine these areas of your life you truly start to become self aware and being self aware is enough, sometimes, to make huge strides in your life and changing it for the better.

Why would you want to raise your consciousness?

When you truly understand what it means to raise your consciousness you stop living in the 'tick tock' world, you are asking difference questions of yourself, of humanity and what it means to be human AND what it means to be perceptive of the person you are.

Reality is truly subjective, meaning that we don't all perceive reality in the same way. When you realise that you can change your perceptions in life about anything, it means you can literally change your reality (And i do mean literally).
