A Tribute to Stephen Covey

Sharing is caring!

Stephen Covey, aged 79, the author of 'Seven Habits of Highly Effective People' passed away yesterday after the lingering effects of a bicycle accident in April of this year.

Stephen's book inspired me a lot throughout my life and it's one of the few self help books that I have read 3 or 4 times,

there is always something new I get from it every time I read it. My last reading of the book, whilst I was on holiday in Turkey, inspired me to rethink my business and I would say helped me to look at business in a totally different way.

His philosphy on life, and his take on the makeup of what makes us human is a legacy that will stay with many people for decades to come.

He was still speaking and publishing books well into his 70's and has touched the lives of thousands of people around the world.

I would have loved to have met him, but will remember him through his writing and his programs.

I would like to send my condolences out to Stephen's family and I would like to thank Stephen, wherever you are, for the amazing writings you have shared with the world.
