No matter what belief or non-belief system you ascribe to, spiritual works can be a tremendous resource for wisdom on living. The following quotes are some of the best from five major scriptures including the Bible, the Quran, the Bhagavad Gita, the Tao te Ching and the Tripitaka. 1. The Bible 

“Whatever your hand finds to do,  do it with your might;  for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going” (Ecclesiastes 9:10).
