• The large mirror in our dining room was purchased from the old Lawry’s the Prime Rib restaurant.  It was hand made in the 1930’s and weighs over 300 pounds!

  • The colorful carved animals around the restaurant were created by Antonio Mandarin Arrazola (a renowned Mexican artist).   Some of his artwork sits in the Supreme Art Museum of Mexico City.

  • 7 Salsas will serve an incredible 1,126,000 tortillas to its customers in 2002!

  • Our Salsa recipes are closely guarded secrets and are known only to 3 people on earth.  We never let them fly on the same plane.

  • Grandma Villa had 13 children--3 daughters and 10 sons.  It may not be a big surprise that 9 of the children are still in the restaurant business!

  • We are proud of our award winning Margarita recipe.  Believe it or not, we will serve our customers a staggering 466,410 ounces this year, but we will serve twice that much ice tea.

  • We are constantly improving our menu.  We try to add at least three new dishes to our menu each month.  If it doesn’t sell, we send it back South of the Border.

  • Our “Mexican Milkshake” recipe is second generation.  The secret ingredient is grown in central Mexico.  Can you guess it?

  • Our bar was fashioned after the world famous Oak Bar in the Plaza Hotel in New York City.  Mark Twain’s “spot” was right in the middle of the curve.

  • Joining 7 Salsas E-MAIL SPECIALS list will save you mucho dinero.

  • We appreciate your business, and that REALLY is a fact!
