A comprehensive three semesters program, lasting nine months, designed to equip students with the knowledge, training and skill needed for securing admissions in medical education. The students can pursue studies in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, biomedical, nursing, healthcare management programs at Gulf Medical University or any other International Medical Programs “In English’’ offered in Europe, US, China, India and other countries.

On Completion of this Program
- Granted a Gulf Medical University International Medical Foundation Program certificate.
- Preparation for GMU admission interviews, the UCAT exam (UK), and Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs).
Students seeking admission to GMU Medical Programs through this should score in their 12th grade a minimum of
- 90% for Medicine program (MD) or equivalent
- 85% for Dentistry and Pharmacy or equivalent
- 70% for other programs or equivalent
- Full-time program delivered by dedicated faculty in the state-of-the-art GMU facilities.
- Enjoying a university life environment, and engaging in health profession education activities with GMU students.
- Hospital volunteering and community engagement activities and firsthand experience of being a doctor or a healthcare professional.
- Students will benefit from a personalized study plan, mentoring, and career advising services.
- Students will receive a Basic Life Support (BLS) course and certify them as BLS providers.
- Introduction to research in GMU research instituties.
Students are required to fulfill the following minimum criteria:
- Students with evidence of completing 12 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification (National or International).
- IELTS academic 5.5 score overall or clearing the GMU English proficiency test.
