“The takeover of nTelos Holdings Corp., a wireless communications company that serves customers in West Virginia, by Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. was finalized Monday.
Shenandoah Telecommunications, also known as Shentel, announced that it had completed the $208 million deal and would be taking over nTelos customers’ wireless plans in the near future.”
