Global Outlook Issue
Posted in Repair Blog - Written by Grant Philipps on May 12, 2021Users globally are currently experiencing issues viewing the body of emails. The temporary fix for this is to rollback a recent update as below.
Use Command Prompt and navigate to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\
Run the following Command: officec2rclient.exe” /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462
Relaunch Outlook and this issue is resolved. Please note this is currently a temporary fix.
