I cannot say enough about Hickory Ridge of Temperance !! My Dad says the staff is his good Friends!! The staff takes such wonderful care of him!! And by staff I mean from Shannon at the front desk, Melissa his favorite nurse, Lynn his nurse aide, Nikki is superb with activities and wonderful events for the residents, all the ladies in dietary, housekeeping, and the sweet laundry ladies. We appreciate you all!! Dad just loves Mike, and the gentleman in physical therapy. Sarah is such a excellent director of nursing. Always has time for listening to family and residents concerns. And makes sure things are done correctly and a timely manner. Christine, Ashley wonderful helpful nurses!! Villa does a wonderful job scheduling appointments and rides!! I am sure I have forgotten others!! But we appreciate everyone of you! Hickory Ridge is a beautiful, clean facility that is doing so much for it's residents!! My Dad says the food is great and his care is good!!

All I can say is that I have had my parents at several facilities in the area for long term care, and Hickory Ridge is the Best!!!!! The staff is so caring and makes my dad feel safe and comfortable. The food has been good! And no matter what time we pop in, the staff is busy helping people!

I've worked with the social workers here on many occasions. They are all so kind, organized, and just a delight to work with. The building is clean and smells nice. The therapy department is full of hard workers who are always willing to assist with transfers or training with families. I will always recommend Regency as a rehab or long term placement.

My mother was a resident at this facility and we are so thankful for it. She made excellent progress with the care she received. Every staff member was kind and caring. The facility itself is very clean and every time my mom needed something, her needs were met immediately. When i was visiting with my children, the nutrition team brought them all treats! The aides made sure to admire their artwork and make them feel special and welcome. It’s not easy seeing grandma in poor health but the way we all were treated during this time will leave only positive memories. Thank you to everyone at regency for taking such good care of my mom and going above & beyond to make sure her continued home health care plan was established upon her discharge. I will always recommend this facility to anyone in the future.

The activities department is wonderful! They were able to get me in last minute to volunteer for my school and now I will be volunteering on and off when I can! Nicole is wonderful to work with and they take such good care of the residents! They have a wonderful team!

Bruce Leiter had a couple week stay at the Laurels of Hudsonville for rehab. He shared that he received good care. He enjoyed the staff that work here and said they all work diligent. We were able to help him with his double vision.
