    Il check-out il giorno di partenza comincia sabato e domenica alle ore 7 fino alle ore 9, negli altri giorni alle ore 8 fino alle ore 9
    On the departure day check-out is possible Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 9am.; from 8am to 9am in other days.


    1. Al mattino portate l’auto nel parcheggio di riferimento indicato sulla piantina 
    2. Quando siete pronti per caricare i bagagli e per il controllo igienico- strutturale dell’alloggio, entro le ore 9,  telefonate al n° + 39 3518884611 attivo solo il sabato e la domenica. Un operatore in golf -car verrà per le operazioni previste 
    3. Lasciate il frigo sbrinato 
    4. Non chiudete a chiave la porta dell’alloggio 
    5. Successivamente, per il ritiro delle cauzioni, andate in reception (ufficio check-out) con telecomando tivù, chip parcheggio, chiavi dell’alloggio, ricevuta di versamento cauzioni e i braccialetti tagliati di tutta la famiglia 
    6. Se volete partire in anticipo (la sera precedente o al mattino prima delle ore 7) comunicatelo alla reception che farà caricare i bagagli nel pomeriggio antecedente la partenza

    2. When you’re ready for the control and to load up the luggage call the reception staff on the following phone number + 39 3518884611 which is operational only on Saturday and Sunday. A co-worker of ours will come by golf-cart to check the lodging and bring your luggage directly to your car
    3. Switch off the fridge and defrost it please
    4. Don’t lock up the main door
    5. After this step, come to the reception with the tv remote control, the key of the parking, that one of the lodging, the receipt of the deposit you paid at the arrival and the cut bracelets of the whole family/group
    6. If you want to leave in advance (e.g. the day before the fixed date OR before 7.00 a.m. on the fixed date) ask the reception staff and they will organize everything
    1. Stellen Sie Ihr Auto auf dem angegebenen Parkplatz ab, der auf dem Plan gezeigt wird; am Morgen;
    2. Sobald Sie damit fertig sind, damit das Gepäck aufgeladen und die Unterkunft kontrolliert werden kann, rufen Sie die Rezeption unter der folgenden Telefonnummer +39 3518884611 an, die nur am Samstag und Sonntag einsatzbereit ist; ein Mitarbeiter kommt mit einem Elektrofahrzeug vorbei, um das Gepäck aufzuladen und Sie direkt zu Ihrem Auto zu bringen;
    3. Schalten Sie den Kühlschrank ab, damit er abtauen kann.
    4. Bitte schließen Sie die Tür der Unterkunft nicht ab.
    5. Nach dem Verladen gehen Sie an die Rezeption und bringen Sie die TV-Fernsteuerung, den Parkplatzschlüssel, die Wohnungsschlüssel, die Überweisungsquittung für die Kaution und die Armbänder der ganzen Familie/Gruppe mit.
    6. Wenn Sie vorzeitig abreisen möchten (am Vorabend oder am Morgen vor 7:00 Uhr), teilen Sie dies bitte an der Rezeption mit. Diese wird sich darum kümmern, dass Ihr Gepäck bereits am Nachmittag vor Ihrer Abreise verladen wird.
