Evangelos Kakavas, Civil Engineer is the Technical Advisor and Systems Coordinator of elpis SA. Mr. Kakavas has worked in the construction field, constructing, supervising and financially managing various projects throughout Greece. He also provided consultancy and support as well as various undertakings on energy saving conversions in buildings, project management services and cost analysis. Mr. Kakavas holds a BEng from Kingston University, a BSc and an MSc from University of Salford.
