I don’t know what it is, but it’ll probably get her point across.
I was just going to have Edison hold up a tentacle, and then I drew that…and it looked cute, so there it is. Not sure if it’s a he or a she, or even what it is exactly. But you’ll see it tomorrow.
Oh, and we’re coming up on strip number 100 soon!

I have a fair number of them. They’re great to wear while working at the library, and especially in bad weather. People seem to appreciate them more.
And I know what you mean about finding good ones. I get mine from resale shops-the older ones are much better.
I’m sure Edison has a few with drinks on them. And even a couple with drinks printed on them as well.
Mmmmm, Hawaiian shirt. I’m not sure how it happened but my brain has become wired to consider Hawaiian shirts to be semi-formal wear. Too much Magnum PI in my youth?
It’s so difficult to find a decent Hawaiian shirt in local stores. Most of the ones I see these days tend toward the “ironically” garish or obscene. The ones with images of mixed drinks can be clever, but I have an irrational hatred of alcohol so I wouldn’t wear it that often. I think I’m going to have to start making my own.
