yes makes sense thank you for the info, i have the optimum modem and a voice box connected with a data cable, xchange was by me yesterday (no one even called that someone is coming ) and the guys told my wife we need a new box and he is coming back today the problem is that i cant even switch to optimum because there is still a open repair ticket and has to be resolved before i can switch

Open ticket by whom? If it's by Xchange that should most certainly not block anything.

Open ticket by whom? If it's by Xchange that should most certainly not block anything.
