    All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.This website is owned and operated by MAXTRAX Pty Ltd.

    All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.
    MAXTRAX may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.
    All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. MAXTRAX will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

    MAXTRAX reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. MAXTRAX will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, MAXTRAX will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery MAXTRAX will notify its customers within 5 business days.

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

    We have numerous resellers around the world, however if there is no reseller in your country/region, we can ship worldwide. For international enquiries, please include your daytime contact details and business hours delivery address. International orders may require taxes or duties payable to local couriers before goods will be delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they respond to any requests regarding taxes/duties payable for their delivery and are available to receive delivery. Goods that cannot be delivered for any reason will be returned to MAXTRAX at the customers expense.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    • Delivery is via third-party courier
    • Some deliveries may be sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at the time of delivery. Courier deliveries may be replaced by local Post in some regional areas.
    • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
    • As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
    • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
    • Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been shipped.
    • All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Geebung QLD.
    • Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery to most towns and cities once items have been dispatched. Deliveries to remote areas and communities typically take up to 14 days but may be longer due to delays caused by COVID- 19.
    • Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
    • Customers are responsible for providing the correct contact name, delivery address, email and phone number for delivery of their order. Incorrect details may lead to delivery issues which may incur further fees.
