With a deep passion for sharing the knowledge of natural health and wellness, I have studied holistic health for over 16 years under some of the top masters in the field of holistic health and herbs. I graduated from Soma Institute and became a licensed massage therapist in 2011. I am a business woman, using my award winning blog, podcast radio show, public speaking and health classes to spread the word about holistic health and stress management. I have grown my business using social media online and I have become a social media expert. I have taught online herbalist courses and workshops. I am also an artist with a degree in Graphic Design from Western Michigan University and taught design courses at Westwood College in Chicago.

I now have a new holistic spa in Homewood, Illinois. Clients can schedule appointments with me for a personalized massage treatment, body wrap or health consultation. I also do chair massages at corporate events, spa parties and I travel to homes, hotels and backstage for performers.
